We are documentary filmmakers behind Il Fattore Umano (aka The Human Factor), an award-winning Italian television series produced by RAI, Italy’s national public broadcaster.
The series explores the human consequences of political and institutional decisions across the globe, focusing on human rights, conflict, migration, climate justice, and social inequality. Each episode is built around intimate, character-driven storytelling, privileging lived experience over commentary.
Through a cinematic and observational approach, the series does not aim to simplify reality, but to stay within its complexity—leaving space for contradiction.

We are trying to understand what happens inside — the tension, the doubts, the weight of decisions and the cost they carry over time — when orders begin to challenge personal beliefs, faith, identity and sense of duty.
